running through san francisco chinatown during an engagement photoshoot

Engagement photos capture a special time in your life, the season before you say, “I do”! Choosing a favorite and fun spot for engagement photos makes them even more meaningful. The photos reflect who you are as a couple.

Kat and Matt decided on Chinatown in San Francisco as a backdrop for their engagement photos. This lively area was the perfect location for some War Kong-wai-inspired photos.

While in Chinatown, we explored some quirky shops, got boba tea, and ate some dim sum and noodles. Every corner offered fun and colorful scenes. We visited iconic landmarks that are unique to San Francisco Chinatown, like the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory. The brightly colored street art and hanging lanterns added to the fun atmosphere.

I loved being creative with the posing and playing with the colors. These photos are straight out of your favorite rom com!
