Choosing the perfect winery for a proposal in Temecula
Gil wanted to surprise Alex with a proposal in her hometown of Temecula, CA. He reached out for help to plan this special moment. I began by looking for wineries in Temecula that met his criteria of having stunning views. Each winery has its own parameters and packages for proposal photography, so it’s best to contact them to see what they offer.
As I searched, Doffo Winery caught my eye. It had everything: breathtaking scenery and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I felt it was the perfect spot for their proposal. The team at Doffo was wonderful and worked closely with me to ensure every detail was perfect for Gil and Alex. I communicated with Sarah to plan the perfect proposal day.
Logistics behind a Surprise Temecula Proposal
On the day of the proposal, both families gathered, but Alex only knew that her family was going on the tour with them. Gil’s family was secretly hiding too! Alex had no idea what was coming. Gil’s family and I were taken up to the spot, where I hid behind a couple giant plant pots (watch below video lol). As Alex, Gil, and Alex’s family were on the wine tour, we waited. Everyone managed to keep the secret until the moment Gil got down on one knee. Once Alex said, “Yes!” Gil’s family came out to add to the surprise.
